Converting IncrediMail Messages to .PST format

Microsoft Outlook stores contacts, emails, notes, events and other items inside Personal Storage files. The Personal Storage is named Outlook.PST by default. Default Outlook User profile uses this .pst file but it is not only one store that is available. Outlook may work with multiple .pst files so Personal Storages can be used to archiving purposes as well. 1. Download setup package of IncrediConvert utility from official site
2. Click to the IncrediMail to Outlook Converter shortcut twice to run the converter. Choose the appropriate:
   
   * - 32-bit edition designed to work with Outlook versions from 2000 to 2010 - only 32-bit
     - 64-bit edition designed to work with Outlook 2010 64-bit edition only
   ** - if you are not sure what Outlook edition is currently used by you please execute the Microsoft Outlook and open menu Help | About. As alternative you may start 32-bit edition of IncrediMail to Outlook Converter and it will prompt you to start the correct edition if it is mismatch.
3. In case if the IncrediMail is installed our converter will detect the location of Mesage and Attachments stores automatically.
4. To create the new PST file and import emails you have to press Save .PST button
   * - consider to switch off the option for recovering of deleted IncrediMail messages
5. The tool will create the empty .PST file and ask user to enter the password for new PST file. You may skip the password protection by pressing Cancel button
   
   
    
6. Converter will connect to the newly created .PST file and prompt you to choose the Outlook folder to import emails. Inbox folder is selected by default:
   
   
    
7. Choose the folder and conversion will start.
